I thoroughly enjoy having my feet massaged. Although I am not in the high-maintenance category, I spend a considerable amount of time taking care of my lovely tootsies and the shoes I wear. There is something quite alluring about a

The human foot has 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than 100 tendons, muscles,
and ligaments. With such a complex structure, a lot of care is necessary for
healthy appearance. The foot also has more than 250,000 sweat glands.
Proper cleansing and drying of the foot are is necessary to stave off nasty
gross things, such as odor and well... you know - fungus. There is
absolutely NOTHING sexy about dry, cracked or callused feet. A woman
may have spent a small fortune on a pair of Jimmy Choo or Manilo Blahniks,
but if her feet look like a wretched hag, it is certainly a disturbing and
disgusting visual. Especially in the desert climate, ensuring
appropriate cleansing and moisturizing are paramount in keeping a pedicure
beautiful. That includes the types of polishes used and routine
removal of dry skin.
